It has a deep, robust taste combining blackberry and oak with soft tannins and a strong, lasting finish. Our signature varietal of estate grown grapes brings an earthy overtone characteristic of our terroir. |
|  | | Cabernet Sauvignon--- Deep and fruity, full of flavor, dark and robust. Hints of blackberry and cherry, with a slight hint of oak. The tannins are light with a wonderfully smooth finish. Estate grown grapes producing our unique earth tones characteristic of our ecosystem. |
|  | | Zinfandel--- A medium bodied ZIN with intense earthy flavors and fruits of Cherry. Estate Grown and a trademark Long Creek Ranch wine that produces a subtle, light taste of spicy and fruity flavors. |
|  | | Barbera---One of the world's most grown grapes but in limited quantities in California. Our Barbera resembles those produced in Italy. It has a high natural acid level and has an enjoyable, somewhat earthy taste. This wine is best enjoyed young and is easily drinkable. |
|  | | Allegro---'Lou the Winemaker' selected an even blend of Estate Grown Zinfandel and Signature Syrah to create this 'Red Table Wine for the Ages'. Magnificent depth for the Zin Masters with the characteristically long, reeling finish of our Syrah. Begins with mellow tones of Black Cherry, Currant, hits with the depth of a ZIN and finishes long and smooth with hints of oak and licorice. At just 13.6%, bold enough for any pairing and light enough for everyday enjoyment. |
|  | | Chardonnay---Masterfully blended with a touch of 'Muscat of Alexandria' grapes grown in our vineyard. This blend yields a most enjoyable fruity wine with unique aromas and flavors. Short term oak barrel fermenting and aging yields a buttery, yet acidic, long-lasting finish. A delightful favorite among Chardonnay drinkers. |
|  | | Moscato---We produce this wine in very limited quantities. It is made from our Muscat of Alexandria grapes and is called Moscato Dolce by the Italians. It is sweet and generally a dessert wine. |
|  | | Port Syrah---Our Port Syrah is a fortified dessert wine aged in French Oak for 2 years, this wine exhibits intense fruit flavors with an elegant, rich and smooth finish. This is a perfect match with anything chocolate. We take pride in offering you this wine from our limited collection. |
|  | | Collage---This wine is an artistic and delightful blend of three varietals: Oroville estate grown Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Sangiovese. It is fruity and smooth with very soft tannins. The finish has long lasting flavors of plum and blackberry. Excellent as a sipping wine or pairs well with Pizza, Pasta and meat dishes such as Pork, Beef & Lamb. |
